Indian Hotels Company gains on signing Tree of Life resort in Nashik

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 676.55, up by 4.45 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 672.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 671.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 677.65 and Rs. 665.00 respectively. So far 20812 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 858.85 on 25-Mar-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 626.65 on 01-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 702.90 and Rs. 665.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 96081.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.87% and 16.02% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed Tree of Life resort in Nashik, Maharashtra. Located in Trimbakeshwar, one of the region’s most significant spiritual and cultural destinations, Tree of Life Nashik will feature 49 rooms set amidst serene natural surroundings. Spread across more than three acres, the hotel will offer an all day dining restaurant and bar, a meeting room, swimming pool and a spa, providing a tranquil setting for guests exploring the region.

With this signing, IHCL will have 4 hotels in Nashik within 2 pipeline.
