Hello brothers, sisters, and dear children of Haryana. Today, the state of Haryana is entering its diamond jubilee year, completing 60 years since its formation. On this historic occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all of you.
Today, we express our gratitude to all the great individuals who struggled for the formation of Haryana and worked hard to build modern Haryana. When this separate state was formed on this day in 1966, it was very underdeveloped. It was our farmers, hardworking laborers, dedicated industrialists, and traders who turned that underdeveloped region into a modern, developed Haryana.
The contribution of our great athletes is also huge. Brothers and sisters, when we look back at our past 60 years, we feel proud of the great achievements of our small state. Today, Haryana is one of the fastest-developing states in the country. Our achievements are discussed not just in India, but abroad as well. The diamond jubilee of Haryana is also an opportunity for self-reflection and to map out a golden future.
Our goal is to make the maximum possible contribution from Haryana in realizing the vision of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji's developed India 2047. Come, on the occasion of Haryana's diamond jubilee, let us rise above all kinds of discrimination and resolve to make Haryana the most developed state.
