Apeejay Surrendra Park soars on singing agreement with Luxmi Tea Co

Apeejay Surrendra Park is currently trading at Rs. 124.30, up by 1.50 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 122.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 121.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 129.50 and Rs. 121.00 respectively. So far 24278 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 173.15 on 16-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 116.70 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 129.50 and Rs. 120.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2652.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.80% and 19.06% respectively.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has entered into a Hotel Management and Licensing Agreement (Agreement) with Luxmi Tea Co. for operation and management of a proposed 100-room premium hotel project under ‘The Park’ brand, to be developed on around 3.25 acres within the Chandmani Tea Estate, Siliguri, West Bengal.

The 100-room hotel will comprise of associated facilities including food & beverage outlets, banquet hall, bar and wellness facilities. The construction of the hotel is proposed to be completed by March 2031. The agreement is for a period of 20 years from the opening date.
