Kranti Industries rises on getting clearance to commence production of differential housing

Kranti Industries is currently trading at Rs. 96.80, up by 1.75 points or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 95.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 95.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 99.80 and Rs. 95.00 respectively. So far 4670 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 110.00 on 27-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.00 on 28-Oct-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 100.00 and Rs. 94.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 121.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.18%, while Non-Institutions held 30.82% stake in the company.  

Kranti Industries has received clearance from Kalyani Techno Forge to commence series production of differential housing. The company received the sample order in July 2024 and has successfully developed the parts, completing all necessary testing and validation process. The company has now received clearance to begin the commercial production. The annual job-work business from this project is estimated to be approximately Rs 3.50 crore. 

Kranti Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of precision machined components.
