Kothari Industrial Corporation shines on inking MoU with Arsutoria

Kothari Industrial Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 212.40, up by 3.60 points or 1.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 208.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 201.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 212.75 and Rs. 201.10 respectively. So far 134 shares were traded on the counter.

Kothari Industrial Corporation has entered into a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arsutoria, Italy. The MoU is intended to explore a skill development initiative aimed at training young designers in India in the field of footwear and accessories design. The proposed initiative will leverage Arsutoria’s international expertise together with the company’s infrastructure and operational capabilities and will be initiated upon the execution of definitive agreements between the parties.
