Eicher Motors moves up as its motorcycle division reports 26% rise in May sales

Eicher Motors is currently trading at Rs. 5350.30, up by 11.05 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 5339.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 5398.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 5398.70 and Rs. 5316.50 respectively. So far 3697 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5907.85 on 22-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4260.85 on 04-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 5470.00 and Rs. 5288.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 146889.50 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.08%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.66% and 9.25% respectively.
Eicher Motors’ motorcycle division has reported 26% rise in sales at 89,429 units in May 2025 as compared to 71,010 motorcycles sold in May 2024. The company’s sales of models with engine capacity up to 350 cc increased by 28% at 76,492 units in May 2025 against 59,852 units in the same period year ago. The sales of its Models with engine capacity exceeding 350 cc increased by 16% at 12,937 units in May 2025 as against 11,158 units in May last year. The company’s sales from International Business increased by 82% at 13,609 units in May 2025 against 7,479 units in the same period year ago.
