KD Green Industries moves up as its arm secures order worth Rs 7.55 crore

KD Green Industries is currently trading at Rs. 50.24, up by 0.26 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 49.98 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 50.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 50.90 and Rs. 49.34 respectively. So far 203 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 99.40 on 27-Mar-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 36.39 on 11-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 52.88 and Rs. 49.34 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 507.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.64%, while Non-Institutions held 43.36% stake in the company.

KD Green Industries’ 51% subsidiary-- Shivam Pipe Industries has secured order for around Rs 7.55 crore for the supply of Galvanized Steel Tubular Poles to Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL). This order has been received under Bharat Net Phase- III-- NER- 1 Package (Amended Bharat Net Program), BSNL.

The order has been awarded through contractor executing the above project from BSNL. Shivam Pipes is already a registered vendor with multiple electricity utilities across North Eastern states and BSNL under Bharat Net Phase- III-- NER- 1 Package (Amended Bharat Net Program), for supply of its Galvanized Steel Tubular Poles under the brand name ‘Xtech?.
