Share India Securities gains on getting nod to raise Rs 150 crore via NCDs

The scrip opened at Rs. 188.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 194.30 and Rs. 183.70 respectively. So far 125388 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 210.90 on 20-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.25 on 30-Mar-2026.

Share India Securities has received approval for the issuance of up to 1,50,000 secured, rated, listed, taxable, transferable, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs 10,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 150 crore on a private placement basis. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of the BSE. The Finance Committee, at its meeting held on July 20, 2026, has approved the same.
