Highway Infrastructure rises on bagging LoA worth Rs 28.68 crore from NHAI

Highway Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 44.59, up by 0.59 points or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 44.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.49 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 45.49 and Rs. 43.11 respectively. So far 162 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.89 on 14-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.79 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 45.49 and Rs. 43.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 315.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.40% and 29.56% respectively.

Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth Rs 28.68 crore from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The LoA is for operations and collection of user fee at Kozhinjipatti Toll Plaza at Km 392+921 for the Dindigul-Samayanallur section from Km 373+726 to Km 426+775 (Actual Chainage Km 368+147 to Km 421+196) of NH-44 (Old NH-7) in the State of Tamil Nadu. The LoA also involves upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The order is to be executed within 90 days.
