KBC Global touches the roof after getting nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

KBC Global is currently trading at upper circuit limit of Rs 0.54, up by 0.09 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs 0.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 0.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs 0.54 and Rs 0.45 respectively. So far 83982614 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1.28 on 07-Nov-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 0.34 on 22-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 0.54 and Rs 0.37 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 277.12 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 0.83%, while Non-Institutions held 99.17% stake.
KBC Global has received approval from Board of Directors for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the name and style of ‘Dharan Infra Solar’ or any other name as may be available.
Dharan Infra Solar will engage in all aspects of the business, including the manufacturing, design, development, improvement of renewable energy modules, cells, and accessories. This includes conducting research, trading, buying, selling, wholesaling, retailing, distributing, importing, exporting, assembling, fabricating, repairing, maintaining, altering, and operating solar power projects and hybrid systems that combine solar photovoltaic technology with other forms of renewable energy. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on June 13, 2025, has approved the same.
