Arvind Smartspaces jumps on signing residential horizontal development project in South Ahmedabad
Arvind Smartspaces is currently trading at Rs. 640.10, up by 45.50 points or 7.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 594.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 611.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 651.90 and Rs. 611.70 respectively. So far 2004 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 718.40 on 17-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 490.35 on 09-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 651.90 and Rs. 560.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2727.25 crore.

Arvind Smartspaces (ASL) has signed a new residential horizontal development project located on Kerala-Nalsarovar Road in South Ahmedabad. This is a Joint Development project with an estimated top-line of around Rs 180 crore. South Ahmedabad has emerged as one of the most promising micro-markets for plotted developments and weekend homes in the Ahmedabad region, driven by increasing demand and improving infrastructure connectivity.
