Jonjua Overseas jumps on signing MoU with Cotobo

Jonjua Overseas is currently trading at Rs. 3.05, up by 0.08 points or 2.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 2.97 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3.05 and Rs. 2.91 respectively. So far 31135 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6.40 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.94 on 10-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3.26 and Rs. 2.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 29.67%, while Non-Institutions held 70.33%, stake in the company.

Jonjua Overseas has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cotobo LLP.  Catobo is an engineering and technical solutions group that enables industries to improve productivity, safety and sustainability. They provide solutions for Helipad / Vertiport Design & Construction, Airfield Lighting, and Aircraft Warning Lights with its head office in UAE. The MoU will enable the company to have a cutting edge in the field of Helipad / Vertiport Design & Construction, Airfield Lighting, and Aircraft Warning Lights for its aviation operations. 

The aim of the MoU is to synergise the effort of both the companies in development of aviation market mainly helipad and/or heliport. MoU is based upon innovation and excellence in engineering projects in VTOL segment and enabling border and hill states to have these aviation facilities. VTOL segment is a fast-growing sector in India and this latest development will enable both the companies to meet this objective.
