Highway Infrastructure zooms on securing LoA worth Rs 24.46 crore from NHAI

Highway Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 45.32, up by 2.77 points or 6.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 42.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 45.47 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 46.80 and Rs. 44.70 respectively. So far 49832 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 86.22 on 06-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.50 on 15-Sep-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 46.80 and Rs. 41.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 325.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.40% and 29.56% respectively.

Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) of around Rs 24.46 crore from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for Engagement of User Fee Collection Agency on the basis of E-Quotation through E- Tender for Velanchettiyur Fee Plaza at Km 332+000 for 4 Lane divided carriageway facility of Karur to Dindigul Section of NH-7 from Km 292.600 to 373.725 (actual at site 290+000 to Km: 367+725) under NHDP Phase II (TN-04) in the State of Tamil Nadu. The LoA also involves upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping consumable items. The said order is expected to be executed within 90 days.
