Symbiotec Pharmalab’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Knovea Pharmaceutical has entered into a definitive agreement with a leading global pharmaceutical company, granting the partner exclusive rights to commercialise and distribute two Dual Chamber Vial (DCV) - based injectable products in the United States (US).
The agreement marks a decisive step in the commercialization of Knovea’s DCV platform. Knovea will lead development, regulatory submissions, manufacturing and supply, while the partner drives commercialization and distribution across the US, bringing established market access and commercial scale to Knovea's platform. The collaboration is structured to deliver milestone payments through development, regulatory approval and commercial launch, alongside profit-sharing from launch onwards.
