Pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/ CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of JM Overnight Fund, an open-ended debt scheme investing in overnight securities with relatively low interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk, stands revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Low’.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
