ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) located at ‘1st Floor, Unit No F1, Gangotri Plaza, Opp Daxinamurti School, Waghwadi Road, Bhavnagar, Gujarat - 364002’ is shifting to new location at ‘Shop No. 1, Ground Floor, Victoria Prime, Block D5/5-A, Kaliyabid Water Tank, Near Dilbahar, Lakhubha Hall Road, Bhavnagar, Gujarat - 364002’ with effect from November 04, 2023.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
