HSBC Mutual Fund files offer document for Multi Asset Allocation Fund
HSBC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended scheme named ‘HSBC Multi Asset Allocation Fund’. The New Fund Offer price for Rs 10. Entry load will be nil and exit load will be f units redeemed or switched out are up to 10% of the units purchased or switched in within 1 year from the date of allotment- Nil; If units redeemed or switched out are over and above the limit within 1 year from the date of allotment-1%; If units are redeemed or switched out on or after 1 year from the date of allotment will be nil. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and minimum target subscription amount for the Scheme to be raised is Rs 10 crore.
The performance of the scheme is benchmarked by S&P BSE 200 TRI (65%) + NIFTY Short Duration Debt Index (20%) +Domestic Price of Gold (15%). The minimum application amount is Rs 6000 and any amount thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital growth and generate income by investing in Equity & Equity Related instruments, Debt & Money Market Securities and Commodity ETFs (including Gold and Silver ETFs).
