ICICI Prudential AMC announces change in Market Maker/Authorized Participant
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the Schemes.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that existing Market Maker/Authorized Participant for ICICI Prudential Nifty 10 yr Benchmark G-Sec ETF and ICICI Prudential Nifty 5 yr Benchmark G-Sec ETF (the schemes) ‘JM Financial Products’ has been replaced by ‘Kanjalochana Finserve’, with immediate effect. Apart from the above there is no other change in the existing Market Makers/Authorized Participants of the aforementioned Schemes.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
