ICICI Pru AMC announces cessation of fund accountant
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Citibank N.A shall cease to be the Fund accountant of ICICI Prudential Global Advantage Fund (FOF) (the Scheme) with effect from closure of business hours of October 31, 2024. The Fund accounting for the Scheme would be handled in-house by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
