JM Financial Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the fund management responsibilities of the following Schemes of the Mutual Fund have been revised with effect from October 01, 2024 as follows:
The Revised Fund Manager of JM Flexicap Fund, JM Large Cap Fund, JM Value Fund and JM Midcap Fund is Satish Ramanathan and Co-Fund Manager(s) are Asit Bhandarkar, Chaitanya Choksi & Gurvinder Singh Wasan (Debt Portion).
The Revised Fund Manager of JM Focused Fund, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund, JM Arbitrage Fund and JM Small Cap Fund is Asit Bhandarkar and Co-Fund Manager(s) are Satish Ramanathan, Chaitanya Choksi & Gurvinder Singh Wasan (Debt Portion).
The Revised Fund Manager of JM ELSS Tax Saver Fund is Chaitanya Choksi and Co-Fund Manager(s) are Satish Ramanathan, Asit Bhandarkar & Gurvinder Singh Wasan (Debt Portion).
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
