J&K: Government extends support to promote women`s empowerment in Rajouri through NRLM scheme
The National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) has initiated efforts to promote women's empowerment in remote bordering regions of Rajouri by extending support to various self-help groups through benefits and platforms. Encouraged by governmental assistance, women in the valley have proactively launched several enterprises. Additionally, the government offers loans at nominal rates to further stimulate and facilitate business ventures in the area.
