ITI AMC announces activation of new OPA

ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Mutual Fund.

ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) informed that office of KFin Technologies, Registrar & Transfer Agent to the Fund, at ‘No.2/3-4. Sri Venkateswara Layout, Denkanikottai Road, Dinnur, Hosur – 635109’ will be added with effect from Thursday, May 02, 2024 to the list of Investor Service Centers (being Official Points of Acceptance) of ITI Mutual Fund.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
