Insolation Energy zooms as its arm bags order worth Rs 733.04 crore

Insolation Energy is currently trading at Rs. 278.00, up by 21.50 points or 8.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 256.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 260.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 282.70 and Rs. 260.00 respectively. So far 394500 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.00 on 08-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 123.62 on 19-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 282.70 and Rs. 247.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6169.60 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.58% and 29.37% respectively.
Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has secured its ever highest single sale order amounting to Rs 733.04 crore for supply of Solar PV Module.
Of this order, the company has been awarded purchase order (PO) aggregating to Rs 513.13 crore including GST for supply of Solar PV Module N Type BI Facial (G to G) by KPI Green Energy for their project at GUVNL. The delivery schedule for the product shall be between June 2025 to March 2026. Besides, the company has been awarded purchase order (PO) aggregating to Rs 219.91 crore including GST for supply of Solar PV Module N Type BI Facial (G to G) by KPI Green Energy for their project at GUVNL Phase-2. The delivery schedule for the product shall be between June 2025 to March 2026. The combined addition in the revenue of the company from these two purchase orders will be Rs 733.04 crore.
This order is in addition to the Letter of Award (LOA) of Rs 372.20 crore received by the company from Rajasthan Renewal Energy Corporation and Teerth Gopicon for supply of Solar Module under Hybrid Annuity Model.
