Smartworks Coworking Spaces lists with 7% premium on the BSE
Smartworks Coworking Spaces has debuted at Rs 436.10 on the BSE, up by 29.10 points or 7.15% from its issue price of Rs 407.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 458.65, up by 51.65 points or 12.69% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 469.00 and Rs. 436.00 respectively. So far 12.72 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between July 10, 2025 and July 14, 2025 was subscribed 13.92 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 407.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 387-407 apiece.
