Indian Hotels Company moves higher on signing hotel in Mussoorie

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 780.10, up by 6.25 points or 0.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 773.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 775.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 782.50 and Rs. 773.75 respectively. So far 22239 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 894.15 on 30-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 646.50 on 07-Oct-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 785.70 and Rs. 766.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 111262.58 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 45.69% and 16.19% respectively.
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a hotel in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. This heritage property will be restored and relaunched as a 30-key SeleQtions. The 30-key IHCL SeleQtions Kamala Castle, Mussoorie will offer a blend of heritage and contemporary luxury. Built in the 1940s, the hotel retains its classic art deco architectural style and vintage detailing.
The property will feature an all-day dining restaurant offering diverse culinary options, and a bar designed for relaxed social gatherings. Guests will also have access to a well-equipped fitness centre, the heated swimming pool especially suited to Mussoorie’s cool climate and treatment rooms.
