ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company informs about merging of scheme
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is in the process of merging ICICI Prudential CRISIL-IBX AAA Bond Financial Services Index - Dec 2026 Fund (Merging Scheme), an open-ended Debt Index Fund with ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund (Surviving Scheme), an open-ended Debt Scheme. The proposed merger will not result in emergence of any new scheme and there shall be no change in the fundamental attributes of the Surviving Scheme i.e. ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund. Post-merger, the Merging Scheme would cease to exist and the Surviving Scheme would continue to make investments in accordance with the investment objective and asset allocation of the Surviving Scheme.
A communication with respect to the details of the proposed merger will be sent to existing investors of the Merging Scheme and Surviving Scheme and a notice-cum addendum will be published in this regard.
