ICICI Pru AMC informs about update under SID Provisions with SEBI settlement note
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of all Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Investment Strategies of iSIF (‘the SIF’).
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the following addition to point 2 of ‘Penalties, Pending Litigation or Proceedings, Findings of Inspections or Investigations’ forming part of the Scheme Information Document (SID) of all the Schemes of the Fund and Investment Strategies of iSIF:
‘SEBI has passed a settlement order dated April 16, 2026, (‘Settlement Order’) in respect of ICICI Prudential Venture Capital Fund (IPVCF), the AMC (as an Investment Manager to IPVCF) and ICICI Prudential Trust Limited (as Trustee to IPVCF). The Settlement Order was passed pursuant to suo motu settlement applications filed under the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018 which included an amount of Rs 14,35,500/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred only) paid as the settlement amount on March 31, 2026. The Settlement Order is with respect to the extension of the term of the ICICI Prudential Real Estate Scheme - I (‘Scheme’). It may be noted that the contributors of the Scheme and SEBI were also duly notified of the said extensions regularly and periodically.’
The aforesaid matter does not have any adverse impact on the Schemes of the Fund and Investment Strategies of the SIF.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes and Investment Strategies except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes and Investment Strategies, as amended from time to time.
