ICICI Pru AMC informs about details of shareholders
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (‘SAIs’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF (‘the SIF’).
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the details of the shareholders of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company forming part of the SAI of the Fund and the SIF stands modified as follows: ‘As on August 28, 2026, ICICI Bank holds 53% of the share capital of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) and Prudential Corporation Holdings, holds 32.6% of the share capital of the AMC and Other Shareholders (Public Shareholders) holds 14.4% of the paid up share capital of the AMC.’
All other terms and conditions of the SAIs of the Fund and iSIF remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAIs, as amended from time to time.
