Edelweiss AMC announces reopening of subscriptions in designated scheme
Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund has informed that the AMC now has available headroom for overseas investment within the mutual fund level limits. Accordingly, the AMC has decided to revoke temporarily suspension on fresh subscriptions- lumpsum, Systematic transaction plan, SIP, STP etc. under Edelweiss MSCI India Domestic & World Healthcare 45 Index Fund, with effect from October 26, 2026 (Effective Date).
Further, the SIPs and STPs that were paused under Edelweiss MSCI India Domestic & World Healthcare 45 Index Fund shall be reactivated within 30 days from the date of this notice, on November 20, 2026 subject to the applicable overseas investment limits. However, for the following schemes covered under the notice-cum-addendum dated August 06, 2026, the AMC has decided to permanently close the paused SIPs and STPs, and the same shall not be reactivated: 1. Edelweiss ASEAN Equity Off-shore Fund 2. Edelweiss Greater China Equity Off-shore Fund 3. Edelweiss US Technology Equity Fund of Fund 4. Edelweiss Emerging Markets Opportunities Equity Offshore Fund 5. Edelweiss Europe Dynamic Equity Offshore Fund 6. Edelweiss US Value Equity Off-shore Fund Pursuant to the above, necessary changes will be carried out in the relevant sections of the SID/KIM of the designated schemes as mentioned above of the Mutual Fund.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time. All the other provisions and terms and conditions of the Schemes of the Fund shall remain unchanged.
