ICICI Pru AMC informs about addendum to SAI
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Venus Ahuja has appointed as key personnel of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) with effect from January 13, 2025.
The brief details of Venus Ahuja are as follows: Venus Ahuja (26 years) is qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with B. Com degree. Ahuja has been appointed as a Dealer - ETF in the Investment department with effect from January 13, 2025. He was also worked as Investment monitoring function in the Compliance department at ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company from August 6, 2021 to January 10, 2025.
Further, the AMC has informed that the following paragraph shall form part of the update on other business activities under the Special Considerations section of the SAI: The AMC’s branch in Gandhinagar, International Financial Service Centre (IFSC Branch) has received the certificate of registration as a ‘Registered Fund Management Entity (Retail)’ bearing Registration No: IFSCA/FME/III/2024-25/141 under IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022 (‘IFSC Regulations’).
All other terms and conditions of the SAI of the Fund remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time.
