HDFC AMC informs about corrigendum
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to Scheme Information Document (SID) of HDFC Multi-Asset Fund (the Scheme).
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that the details of the section titled ‘WHO MANAGES THE SCHEME’ appearing under Clause E of Part II of Section I in the SID shall stand corrected to include the following details of Bhagyesh Kagalkar fund manager for ‘(Gold Assets)’:
Bhagyesh Kagalkar (57 years), holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree (Production) and a postgraduate degree in Master of Management Studies (MMS) (Finance). He has collectively over 30 years’ experience in Equity Research, investments and Finance. Kagalkar has been working at HDFC Asset Management Company since January 3, 2007, till date. The Other Funds managed by Kagalkar are HDFC Gold ETF, HDFC Multi-Asset Active FOF (comanaged Scheme) and HDFC Silver ETF. Tenure of managing the scheme: 3 Years, 1 Month.
Cut-off date considered for calculation of tenure is March 31, 2025.
This corrigendum forms an integral part of the SID of the above-mentioned Scheme dated May 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the SID shall remain unchanged.
