Mahindra Lifespace Developers gains on redeveloping two residential societies in Mumbai

Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 307.00, up by 2.10 points or 0.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 304.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 305.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 314.00 and Rs. 305.25 respectively. So far 20294 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 679.15 on 25-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 300.05 on 27-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 348.60 and Rs. 300.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4753.44 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.70% and 18.15% respectively.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers has been selected as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of two residential societies in the Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, with a project value of around Rs 1,200 crore.
The project will be pursued under the state's cluster development scheme. The redevelopment site is strategically located 15 minutes from the upcoming Versova-Bandra Sealink, providing excellent connectivity to other parts of the city.
