ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of mentioned schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
In terms of paragraph 17.4.1.h. of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/ CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed about the revised Risk-o-meter(s) of the below mentioned Schemes of the Fund: The Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Funds stands revised from ‘Very High’ to ‘High’, ICICI Prudential Equity Savings Fund stands revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’, ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund stands revised from ‘Moderately High’ to ‘Moderate’ and the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund stands revised from ‘High’ to ‘Very High’. The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Schemes of the Fund as on June 30, 2024.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
