Choice International Ventures into Mutual Fund Space with SEBI Nod to Set Up AMC
Choice International Limited, a leading financial services provider, is pleased to announce that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted an in-principle approval for the company to sponsor and establish a mutual fund. This milestone positions Choice International to expand its financial services portfolio and cater to a broader spectrum of investors.
In accordance with SEBI’s approval, Choice International will set up an Asset Management Company (AMC) and a Trustee Company, adhering to all applicable regulations and legal requirements.
