ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Saving).
Pursuant to SEBI communication no. SEBI/HO/IMD-RAC-2/OW/2023/40331/1 dated September 26, 2023 with respect to ‘Nomenclature to be adopted by schemes under ‘ELSS’ category’, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that ICICI Prudential Trust (the Trustee) have approved the modification to the name of the Scheme. In view of the above, with effect from November 3, 2023 the name of ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Saving) (the scheme) shall be modified as follows: ICICI Prudential ELSS Tax Saver Fund.
All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
