Edelweiss AMC announces change in fundamental attributes
Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Trusteeship Company, Trustee to Edelweiss Mutual Fund and Edelweiss Asset Management, Investment Manager to the Fund, has approved changes to the features of the Scheme with effect from December 15, 2023, to enable the Scheme to invest in foreign securities. The changes, indicated as Fundamental Attribute Change (‘FAC’) will be considered as change in the fundamental attributes in line with Regulation 18(15A) of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 (MF Regulations). Accordingly, these proposed changes shall be carried out by implementing the process for change in the fundamental attributes of the Scheme.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the designated Scheme of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
