ICICI Pru AMC announces Addition of market maker/authorized participants of all Equity ETF Schemes
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of all Equity ETF Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that ‘ICICI Securities’ has been added as new Market Maker/Authorized Participant for all Equity ETF Schemes, while all other Market Maker/Authorized Participants remain unchanged.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs/KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
