HMA Agro Industries rises on entering into facilities agreements with Marya Frozen Agro Food Products

HMA Agro Industries is currently trading at Rs. 32.45, up by 0.43 points or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 32.02 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 32.66 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 32.78 and Rs. 32.17 respectively. So far 369 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 72.01 on 10-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.00 on 3-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 35.00 and Rs. 30.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1641.52 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.61%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.34% and 11.05% respectively.
HMA Agro Industries has entered into Facilities Agreements with Marya Frozen Agro Food Products for availing facilities for slaughtering, chilling, processing, freezing and packing of frozen Halal boneless buffalo meat. Marya Frozen Agro Food Products shall arrange all the require certificates for processing of goods.
HMA Agro Industries is the largest exporter (based on annual revenue) of packaged frozen halal boneless buffalo meat products in India.
