IIFL Finance rises as its arm acquires 89.69% stake in Xtracap Fintech
IIFL Finance is currently trading at Rs. 529.10, up by 10.40 points or 2.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 518.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 531.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 532.30 and Rs. 522.70 respectively. So far 29331 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 674.95 on 06-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 409.45 on 27-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 532.30 and Rs. 482.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22572.00 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.25% and 39.90% respectively.
IIFL Finance’s wholly-owned subsidiary-- IIFL Fintech has completed the acquisition of Xtracap Fintech India (Xtracap). Consequently, IIFL Fintech holds 89.69% of the paid-up share capital of Xtracap, and, accordingly, Xtracap stands classified as a step-down subsidiary of the Company
