The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3034.50 on 23-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2136.00 on 04-Mar-2025.

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has received approval from Board of Directors for acquiring 14.3% stake in Lucro Plastecycle (Lucro). The Board of Directors of Hindustan Unilever at its meeting held on March 20, 2025 has approved the same.
HUL’s investment is a step forward towards its sustainability goals to scale up the use of recycled flexibles content in packaging, in line with the Government’s vision of zero plastic waste future. The investment aims to strengthen plastic circularity by increasing the availability of recycled content for flexibles, providing a roadmap for businesses to move towards sustainable plastic packaging and address the challenge of hard-to-recycle flexible plastic.
Hindustan Unilever is in the FMCG business comprising primarily of Home Care, Beauty & Personal Care and Foods & Refreshment segments.
