The MoU provides a framework for cooperation in areas including joint market development, customer opportunities, product and manufacturing capabilities, sales and logistics models, and evaluation of potential strategic opportunities and a potential joint stainless-steel forging activity. The MoU is initially effective for a period of twelve months, unless extended or replaced by mutual agreement.
