HDFC AMC announces change in risk-o-meter and benchmark risk-o-meter
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SIDs) / Key Information Memorandum (KIMs) of Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund.
In compliance with clause 17.4.1.h of the Master Circular dated June 27, 2024 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/IMD/PoD1/CIR/P/2024/150 dated November 05, 2024, HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of HDFC Gold ETF Fund of Fund has been revised from ‘High’ to ‘Very High’ and the Risk-o-meter of HDFC Floating Rate Debt Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’.
The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of the respective scheme’s portfolio as at September 30, 2025.
Further, the benchmark risk-o-meter (Nifty Corporate Bond Index A-II) of HDFC Corporate Bond Fund as at September 30, 2025 has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’.
All other details of the Product Label and all other terms and conditions of the aforesaid Schemes remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SIDs / KIMs of the aforesaid Schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time.
