JM Financial AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of Liquid Fund
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum sets out the changes to be made in the Scheme Information Document (SID) And Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Liquid Fund, the Scheme of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to Paragraph 17.4 of SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Product Labelling (Risk-o-meter) of JM Liquid Fund (the Scheme), an open-ended liquid scheme with relatively low interest rate risk and moderate credit risk stands revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’.
All the other provisions in the SID and KIM of the aforesaid Scheme shall remain unchanged. This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of the above Scheme of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
