HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Mohit Surana has been appointed as Equity Analyst - Investments of HDFC Asset Management Company with effect from September 28, 2023 and is a Key Personnel of HDFC AMC. Accordingly, his details shall stand inserted in the section ‘Information on Key Personnel’ appearing in the SAI of the Fund dated September 27, 2023.
The details of Mohit Surana are as follows: Mohit Surana is 32 years, done his B. Tech. from IIT (BHU), Varanasi & PGDM from IIM Indore. He joined HDFC Asset Management Company on September 28, 2023. He has an overall experience of 9 years, of which more than 7 years in financial research. He also served as Research Analyst at CLSA India (April 22, 2019 to September 27, 2023) and at IIFL Securities as Associate (August 3, 2018 to April 9, 2019). Prior to that, he has worked with BNP Paribas as Analyst under Coverage and Territories Credit Management (October 3, 2017 to August 2, 2018), at J.P. Morgan Services India as CIB Analyst 2016 CAU (April 18, 2016 to September 29, 2017) and Associate Consultant at Wipro (July 16, 2012 to June 09, 2014).
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
