Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Baroda BNP Paribas Arbitrage Fund (Scheme).
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that the Board of Directors of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) and Baroda BNP Paribas Trustee India (Trustee) have approved to change features of Baroda BNP Paribas Arbitrage Fund (an open-ended scheme investing in arbitrage opportunities) the scheme of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund. Further, SEBI, vide email dated September 25, 2023 has communicated its no-objection for the proposed changes. The changes shall come into effect from November 13, 2023.
All other features, terms and conditions of the Scheme, as stated in the Scheme Information Document (SID) & the Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Scheme, read with the addenda issued from time to time, remain unchanged. Contents hereof shall respectively form an integral part of the SID/ KIM of the Scheme of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund as amended from time to time and all other features / terms and conditions as mentioned therein shall remain unchanged.
