Quant Mutual Fund (MF) has launched Quant Commodities Fund, an open-ended equity scheme investing in commodity and commodity related sectors. The NFO opens for subscription on December 08, 2023 and closes on December 22, 2023. The Entry load is nil for the scheme. An Exit load of 1% - for redemptions / switch outs (including SIP/STP) within 15 days from the date of allotment of units, irrespective of the amount of investment. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against Nifty Commodities TRI and its fund managers are Ankit Pande, Sanjeev Sharma, Vasav Sahgal and Varun Pattani.
The objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by creating a portfolio that is invested predominantly in Equity and Equity related securities of companies engaged in commodity and commodity related sectors.
