HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that the Instant Access Facility under HDFC Liquid Fund and HDFC Overnight Fund (Schemes) is undergoing an upgrade for a smooth investor experience. To enable a quick implementation, this facility is being temporarily suspended with immediate effect.
All other terms & conditions of the aforesaid Schemes will remain unchanged. This Addendum shall form an integral part of the SIDs / KIMs of the aforesaid Schemes and SAI as amended from time to time.
