HDFC AMC announces change in Information on Key Personnel
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that, Paul S Parampreet has been appointed as Member of Investment Team (Equity) of HDFC AMC with effect from July 07, 2026 and is designated as a Key Personnel of the AMC. Accordingly, his details stand inserted in the section ‘Information on Key Personnel’ appearing in the SAI of the Fund dated June 30, 2026 as follows:
Paul S Parampreet (43), holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) (Honours) in Electric Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM, Calcutta. He collectively over 19 years of experience in Portfolio Management and Research. Prior to HDFC, Mr Parampcl Asset Management Company as Senior Fund Manager – AIF (May 13, 2024 to May 29, 2026), Franklin Templeton Investment Management as Client Portfolio Manager (November 27, 2017 to April 25, 2024) and Edelweiss Investment Adviser as Associate Director (November 01, 2007 to November 03, 2017).
All other contents of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
