A large number of devotees participated in mass prayers being offered at Immaculate Conception Church in Panaji on the occasion of Christmas. The priest of the church, while speaking to Ani, extended warm wishes for Christmas to everyone. He also said that people in large numbers attended the prayers and participated joyfully in the celebration of Christmas. "At midnight, we have celebrated Christmas... There were a good number of people, including people from other faiths, and they all participated joyfully in our celebration of Christmas.
