Tata Mutual Fund introduces Dividend Yield Fund
Tata Mutual Fund (MF) has launched the Tata Dividend Yield Fund, an open-ended equity scheme predominantly investing in dividend yielding stocks. The NFO opens for subscription on May 03, 2021 and closes on May 17, 2021. The Entry load is nil for the scheme. Redemption/Switch-out/SWP/STP on or before expiry of 365 days from the date of allotment: Exit Load will be nil, if the withdrawal amount or switched out amount is not more than 12% of the original cost of investment, 1%-if the withdrawal amount or switched out amount is more than 12% of the original cost of investment, and exit load will be nil, if redemption/Switch-out/SWP/STP after expiry of 365 days from the date of allotment. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.
The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked to the performance to Nifty Dividend Opportunities 50 TRI and its fund managers are Jinesh Gopani, Rahul Singh, Venkat Samala, and Murthy Nagarajan.
The investment objective of the scheme is to provide capital appreciation and/or dividend distribution by investing predominantly in a well-diversified portfolio of equity and equity related instruments of dividend yielding companies.
